Yup, that’s Eno there on the left. This photo appears in the liner notes of For Your Pleasure; after that album, Eno left the group and headed off into his solo career. From the interview with Alan Moore that I posted yesterday:

Moore: […] Was the Glam period as much               fun as it looked?
Eno:                I liked playing with clothes and make-up [laughing]…
Moore:                I remember.
Eno: Many people have confessed to this, but never so publicly… and               yeah, it was fun, but it didn’t stay fun for very long. It wore               off quickly and I realised that my time as a band member had sort               of passed when I was on stage one night with Roxy and what I was               actually thinking about was my laundry… [general laughter]… and               I thought this is not the right job for me any longer.
